Each paid plan includes some certain models. Different users might choose to subscribe to different plans. For example, users who have their own OpenAI account might choose to use the Free plan and use their own API key to use ChatGPT, in addition, if they also want to use Stable Diffusion, they can subscribe to Stable Diffusion Cloud so that they can generate images with Stable Diffusion as well. Users who don't have their own OpenAI account might choose to subscribe to GPT-3.5 Cloud to use GPT-3.5-turbo and DALL·E models, according to their needs, they might also subscribe to Stable Diffusion Cloud in order to use both.

Keyboard extension is installed together with the Message AI main app, and sometimes it takes time to take effects or to show in the system settings. In order to enable keyboard extension, follow the steps:
  • * Open the "Settings" app
  • * Open "General"
  • * Open "Keyboard"
  • * Open "Keyboards"
  • * Open "Add New Keyboard..."
  • * Select "Message AI"
  • * Select "English - Message AI"
  • * Check "Allow Full Access
We need full access because we need network access to send requests to our backend AI models.
(Optional) The keyboard extension reads inputs from the pasteboard, so it would be convenient to also allow Message AI to read the pasteboard content. You can do this via "Settings" -> "Message AI" -> "Paste from Other Apps" -> "Allow".

In order to keep your data private and owned by yourself only, we need to use iCloud to store your settings and data, so you need to make sure:
  • * You have signed in your iCloud account in the system settings.
  • * You have enabled iCloud Drive in your iCloud settings.
  • * Your iCloud account is not restricted.
